Senior Pastor Walter M. Allen
Pastor Walter M. Allen is the 5th of 6 children born to Walterine Townsend and Albert Allen. He was born in Lansing , Michigan but spent most of his influential years in Dayton, Ohio. Pastor Walter then relocated back to Lansing, Michigan where he attended Lansing Community College; there he received two Associate Degrees. He is currently pursuing his studies in Criminal Justice and Administration at Michigan State University. Pastor Walter has been employed with the City of Lansing for twenty four years, he currently serves as a Code Compliance Officer.
In 2008, he accepted the call to Pastorship and founded the “Divine Destiny Outreach Ministries Church” where he serves as the Senior Pastor, he is also the CEO of “Walter M. Allen Ministries Inc.” a non-profit organization which implemented a “Pacesetter Employment Training Program” that has equip everyday people to reach their potential by learning church strategies, growth and development principles. The program provides opportunities for individuals who are considered unemployable or have barriers to gain employment dispite a disability or non-violent criminal offenses.
Pastor Walter has served in the Ministry from the age of 10 years old. He grew up with parents that worked in the ministry, and excepted Christ when he was 25 years old. His unwavering compassion for people along with this faithfulness to build into God's people, PURPOSE, POWER, and PRAISE has fueled his passion for teaching the word or God. Pastor Allen also had a passion for music. He began to play musical instruments at an early age. He has worked in all capacities in the church, serving as an Ordained Minister, Minister of Music and in church administration.
For 27 years , Pastor Walter has been happily married to Lady Francine L. Allen. She has co-labored with him in building a dynamic ministry that is recoginized state and worldwide. He is the proud father of three children, Walter Jr, Darius, and Zandria, and is proud to have three grandchildren, Zora, Zion and Xaivion. Pastor Walter is a dynamic preacher and teacher of the gospel, God has equipped him to reach all nationalities of people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Pastor Walter has a natural gifting that enables him to teach with simplicity, to ENABLE, ENRICH, and ENLIGHTEN the people of God to walk in their God given abilities.
Above all of his accomplishments, Pastor Walter is most proud of the fact that he is saved, sanctified, and filled with the Holy Spirit. This is most evident in his dedication to God, family and the church. Pastor Walter’s favorite scripture is “For I know the thoughts that I think towards you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.” Jeremiah 29:11

First Lady Francine Allen
Francine L. Allen is a dynamic praise and worship leader and psalmist. She is the co-founder of Divine Destiny Outreach Ministries Church, where she serves alongside her husband, Pastor Walter M. Allen. Lady Allen is the Founder of (CWM) Christian Women Meets, which is an organization which emphasis family, career, life transitions and women health. A place where women of all denominations can come together to fellowship, be enhanced and rejuvenated.
For the past 25 years, God has entrusted Lady Allen with the responsibility of being a Praise and Worship Leader. Her ministry has touched many lives through worship and praise. God has given Lady Allen a heart of compassion for the people, as a helper, a listener, and encourager. She is a person who is concerned and cares about all whom she comes in contact with. God has gracefully granted Lady Allen the opportunity to share her gift in many venues, including a live performance play at the Wharton Center at Michigan State University entitled “A Path to Believe”. Lady Allen attended Lansing Community College, studying Business Administration. She also attended the “Pacesetting Leadership Course” under the direction of Dr. Dave Williams, former Pastor of Mount Hope Church, of Lansing Michigan.
Lady Allen currently works as an Office Asst. IV, At Michigan State University where she has been employed for the past 24 years, in the Office of Financial Aid. She is responsible for mentoring and helping students through the Financial Aid process, overseeing work-study students, and giving parents and student’s guidance in their student’s educational studies.
Above everything else, Lady Allen is a loving wife to her Husband of 27 years, a wonderful mother to her three beautiful children and a caring grandmother to her three grandchildren.
